Exmouth is only 10 miles from the motorway, simply exit the M5 at junction 30 and turn south on the A376. Driving to Exeter takes approximately 25 minutes, but traffic can inevitably make this journey much longer.
For those commuting to Exeter, train is a fantastic option. Trains run from Exmouth to Exeter twice an hour, with journey times taking little over half an hour. Trains to London Paddington take approximately 3 hours from Exmouth, with one change in Exeter.
The National Express coach system has coaches to Exeter. From Exeter there are frequent local bus services to Exmouth.
