Jim Williams – General Manager

I have come from a background of operational logistics, ranging from waste to healthcare. I have now begun my venture within the removal and storage industry of which I am now general manager for 5 business units over Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.

Any spare time is taken up as Leeds United season ticket holder.

Vinny Byatt – Manager

I have been the branch manager for over 14 years, and have over 30 years’ experience within the industry. I operate a large fleet of vehicles and organise nearly 25 hard-working removal men and porters. I ensure I maximise the potential of the workforce, to deliver the public a first class removal service.

I try to make sure I have enough time to fit in the odd marathon or two in my spare time.

Luke Coe – Trainee Assistant Manager

Shirley Grantham – Sales Administrator

I am responsible for handling all of our leads and booking that come through various marketing streams. Keeping statistical reports of the incoming numbers and reporting these to sales and marketing monthly. I also handle all aftercare, working with loss adjusters and ensuring every removal have been provided with 100% from start to finish.

Vince Edwards – Warehouse Manager

I take pride in organising and assisting the new Pink and Jones storage depot. Arranging and ordering the depot ready for redelivery of containers and taking incoming containers from removals

This is the team working behind the scenes at Britannia Pink & Jones. Their roles involve organising and scheduling the removals taking care of invoices and accounts, liaising with customers, handling all aftercare, working with loss adjusters, maximising the potential of our workforce, delivering a first-class removal service, organising the warehouse containers being loaded and unloaded, and much more.

We operate large fleets of vehicles so it is our responsibility to facilitate all removals efficiently and at the request of our customers. All our team have decades of experience and a deep understanding in all aspects of removals and storage, so we can ensure every removal, whether local, European or international, will be provided with 100% from start to finish.
