Once personal documentation has exceeded its uses, it is crucial that these are deposed of in a secure, environmentally friendly and effective manner. This process ensures that your private and personal sensitive information will remain confidential.

We have developed a simple and safe way to make sure your shredding needs are met, and all your information stays confidential and private to you.

Our Step Process

We have a simple step process to ensure the most efficient and secure way of shredding your sensitive documents:

1. We supply you with a destruction sack, which you fill with the sensitive documents required for shredding, and seal with a zip tie that is provided.
2. Put this to one side, safe, awaiting collection
3. Hand the bags over to Britannia Pink and Jones’s removal team for confidential destruction. A certificate will be issued as soon as the destruction of your confidential documents has taken place.

Secure Service

Rest assured that our confidential shredding staff all sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure that your documents have been handled securely throughout the collection to destruction process. We have a dedicated warehouse where destruction of these documents takes place where the paper is bailed once shredded and sent to our local mill for recycling.
