It couldn’t be improved, everything went so well. Impressed with Martin at the survey, he was very interested in us and gave us confidence to use the company. We had several quotes/surveys but none were as thorough as Martin. Would not hesitate to recommend you, the service provided was second to none. Fantastic lads on the day Ryan & Ricardo they worked so hard and calmed me down and that’s some going being a complete stress head at the best of times. I liked the fact that I was called on the morning of my move to confirm the time they would arrive and even then Ryan was very calming. Fantastic job…..but am not moving again 🙂

They were great. Just got down to the job in hand and were really professional. Really good price. Your crew were great (Paul, Jack and Brandon). They were also really accommodating for our 3 cats who were not happy about the move.

All three lads were absolutely brilliant. A separate crew accompanied to empty our old house as they were waiting on keys for their other move. All six lads who emptied the old house – BRILLIANT. Friendly, courteous, smart and VERY quick! Professionalism from start to finish – somebody who we knew we could trust

Adrian, Jamie and Rambo were pleasant, respectful, had a little humour when appropriate – which helped to create a pleasant atmosphere. They also had some practical suggestions which helped with fitting things in at my new place which was smaller. It was obvious that they had much experience in their job which is reassuring. It was an excellent job – I can’t think of anything that they could have done better – it was all good. I was recommended by a good friend who had invited 3 different removal companies to quote for her move and the reasons she gave me for choosing Britannia Bradshaw matched my own criteria.

They were so professional but kept us going with their humour.No improvement required. Good reputation and can offer a professional service. It was a very challenging move yet the guys were patient and courteous. I was really stressed by our situation not to mention the power cut which plunged us into darkness! The lads totally made us feel like the end result was achievable and injected some humour into the situation.
