Just want to say a huge thanks to some of your Swansea based staff who were brilliant during my 81 year old sister’s move yesterday & today.
It was a really fraught time as the sale of my sister’s old house & new flat only happened when your lads had finished loading at the old house.
Not only were they clean, polite, personable and efficient, I felt that they went that extra mile to help calm my sister’s nerves and make the move as trouble free as possible.
I don’t remember the names of the guys who moved her items to go to auction on Wednesday but the guys that moved her stuff today were Tony, Sean & Ben. Can you thank them all for all they did to make my sister’s move as stress free as possible.
If I was moving, I’d certainly look at Britannia to do my move.

I thought the young men that helped us move to our new home were extremely courteous and helpful, could not fault them. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks for an extremely efficient, stress free removal firm. The young men made our long distance move smooth. Cannot thank you enough.

Crew: Stephen and Jamie – Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end, went above and beyond what was expected, excellent and friendly service. On initial enquires they stood out due to their telephone manner and how accommodating they were. Polite, friendly and accommodating.
