We moved house from Robroyston to Deaconsbank on Wednesday 28th February – the day the ‘beast from the east’ hit. Sorry for the delay in contacting you but we have only just had our internet connected.
We didn’t know if the move would go ahead due to the heavy snow and to say we were feeling stressed would be an understatement. I feel compelled to let you know how impressed we were with the team who carried out the removal. Their professionalism, teamwork and hard work in very challenging conditions was commendable. Their ‘unflappable’ approach and use of humour greatly reduced the stress we experienced. In short, they were amazing! We would appreciate if you could pass our heartfelt thanks and gratitude for everything they did that day and positive impact they all had on what could have a been a much more stressful experience for us!

I was very impressed by the crew: friendly, helpful & worked very efficiently and quickly as a team. On Feb 1st, our moving in day, they arrived at the address at 9.30am, but had to wait until 3.30pm to start moving as the estate agent didn’t hand over the keys until then. The crew never complained and once the work started were cheerful and worked exceptionally well. Excellent!
