I just wanted to write to say a big thank you to the five guys who helped us move from Sedgley to Coreley. We were dreading it having to move from Cheshire in December, a very traumatic event during which a lot of our furniture was damaged and despite being packed by them there were a lot of breakages. What a different experience we had with you. Your men were very considerate and courteous throughout the two days the move took with no new damage or breakages. Their approach to solving the best route out and in for each piece of furniture was done in an intelligent way, nothing was too much trouble and their energy did not flag at all despite some of my packing being too heavy. They are a credit to their training and the company, whom we would thoroughly recommend to any one about to move home.

I would really like to thank you for your help and assistance (and patience!) about my house move.
The team you sent to move me – Gareth, Chris & Kurt were so very helpful, kind and patient – they are a credit to the company. They just got on with it, and didn’t put any pressure on me as I still had some packing left on the morning – something I hadn’t planned on doing of course (very stressful). I really underestimated how long it would take to pack everything, and the usual story – I have too much stuff! My two friends who were helping me were equally impressed with the team’s attitude – very much ‘can do’ – an experience you don’t always receive these days from companies. All my furniture and ‘things’ were handled with care – something I worried about – but they couldn’t have been any more considerate, and were extremely efficient at their job.
I will of course be recommending your company to anyone I know…my friends will be doing so too.

I am writing to convey to you our very sincere appreciation of your employees during our recent move. Steve and Alex were outstanding and certainly are ambassadors for Britannia Pink and Jones. Their professional attitude and attention to detail enabled our move to proceed smoothly. Alongside this was their personal demeanor – they were extremely pleasant to have in our house’s and their use of gentle humour was very welcome by ourselves. At all times they maintained their professional boundary and were respectful in their care taken by them in parking their vehicle at both properties. Our new neighbours have commented very favourably on their expertise and appreciated Steve’s enquiries about parking and unloading.
We had used Britannia previously – this move confirmed our high expectations of the level of service delivered by a Britannia company. It was not a straight forward move and we also appreciated the understanding and courtesy extended by your operational admin staff.
