I am writing to convey to you our very sincere appreciation of your employees during our recent move. Steve and Alex were outstanding and certainly are ambassadors for Britannia Pink and Jones. Their professional attitude and attention to detail enabled our move to proceed smoothly. Alongside this was their personal demeanor – they were extremely pleasant to have in our house’s and their use of gentle humour was very welcome by ourselves. At all times they maintained their professional boundary and were respectful in their care taken by them in parking their vehicle at both properties. Our new neighbours have commented very favourably on their expertise and appreciated Steve’s enquiries about parking and unloading.
We had used Britannia previously – this move confirmed our high expectations of the level of service delivered by a Britannia company. It was not a straight forward move and we also appreciated the understanding and courtesy extended by your operational admin staff. Needless to say we would recommend your company and Steve & Alex without hesitation.
I am writing to thank Britannia once again for the outstanding removal you recently undertook of my families furniture and personal effects from Brussels to Oundle. You will be aware that a huge amount of trust and faith is placed in a removal company when they move everything a customer owns – particularly when an international move is involved. We had an outstanding experience with Britannia in 2011 when you moved us out to Brussels; I am delighted to be able to tell you that the move back to the UK was in every way as good – if not better!
In particular, please pass on my most grateful thanks to the 2 gentlemen who did the packing, loading, transportation and unpacking. Chris and Alec are real ambassadors for your company – they worked exceptionally hard throughout the move and were most diligent in all they did. I am delighted to report that their packing was first-rate; not a single item was damaged in the move, for which we are truly grateful. The energy, enthusiasm and sense of humour they maintained throughout the 4-days was exemplary.
We wish to thank the whole Britannia team for the excellent part you all played in making our move as hassle-free and efficient as possible. An outstanding effort all round!
I just wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you so much for today, your team were an absolute joy to have helping us with the move. They were so accommodating, arrived on time and took great care of all our belongings. I know in this day and age people only really provide feedback when it is “negative” or “constructive” however I couldn’t be happier with the service we received today and the 3 guys who came to us were absolutely fantastic.
Just wanted to pass on my thanks to your team involved in my move from the start with Tracey to actual move, the service has been first class. Andy was in both moves and has been absolutely fantastic. Stevie in Glasgow move and Davie on Dunoon move helping him, again absolute stars. They remain positive, calm and supportive throughout the day particularly empathetic with the customer at such a stressful time.
