Moving is a very stressful time. But Britannia were marvellous. They were polite, helpful and under difficult circumstances moved me with great efficiency. I would definitely recommend Thomas Casserley Chirk and use them again.
All the men that packed us from Wales couldn’t! Have bee more helpful. Dave and Arran who delivered our goods to Otley were extremely efficient, courteous and couldn’t do enough for us and both asked independently if there was anything else they could do before leaving. it will take us a couple of weeks to unpack, but up to now everything has come out of the packaging intact, all of which have been well wrapped. With a very big thank you to all at Britannia, best wishes Marion and Bob Henderson. (I am at my daughter’s house checking our emails as we will not have a phone line until 28th May)
I would like to take the opportunity to give our feedback for our removal team, Mike Preston and Marcin Niedziela. They were two brilliant guys who worked solidly for 2 days. They were friendly, punctual, professional and did a fantastic job. We would recommend the use of Brittainia Bradshaw to anyone, because of the service we received from Mike and Marcin. We just hope that they are the team that delivers our furniture when it comes out of storage!!
These days lots of people are quick to complain and slow to praise – so we’d like to say a huge thank you to Mike and Marcin and well done for such a great service.
