My husband and I would like to say thanks to the guys from Britannia Caledonian who moved us from Scotland to Cornwall.
Barry and Jamie and their two colleagues who pitched up on 31 October were cheerful, hard-working, efficient and took the greatest of care with our belongings.
Alan, who drove the lorry down was also absolutely great. We felt really sorry for him – what a long drive but he was still smiling and so pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately we organised some really lousy weather for Alan which made the job of unloading a bit more difficult and it all took longer because proceedings had to come to a halt when the rain was particularly heavy.
We have unpacked just about 50% of the stuff – it’s entertaining trying to fit our belongings into rooms that are slightly smaller and have no cupboards!

Sue and I would just like to say a huge thank you to all at Britannia Bradshaw who have been involved in our removal. It was a pleasure to deal with Martin when he came to view and quote for the removal. You have dealt with the arrangements in a most professional way. Paul and his colleagues who packed and loaded on Monday were excellent and all the furniture and boxes were moved rapidly into the van.
