The team was just excellent, the packing careful, the mood happy.

When we got to Cambridge the table tennis table was dropped off at my daughter’s home.

The next morning two of the team arrived on time, and used initiative to place furniture and sundry objects .

The piano was deposited safely to my son’s home by another team.

All-in-all a terrific job and I will be recommending Britannia !

Last Thursday Vin, Nathan and Clint (I am sure that was their names) helped me unload my container of goods into another container for storage in Alrewas. We just wanted to drop you a note which we hope you will put on your website as a heartfelt testimonial.

Our move yesterday was as stress free as it could possibly be, thanks to the hard work and friendliness of Pete, Mike and Andy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the whole day run smoothly. They were prompt at the start of the day, got down to work straight away and we had to do nothing. They even dismantled a couple of wardrobes and carried a cooker down to a friend’s home. Then at the new flat, they put everything exactly where we wanted it. They say that moving is one of the most stressful things you can do – well these three guys made it so easy for us and they knew how to have a laugh as well. We will be eternally grateful and rest assured that we will recommend you at every opportunity.

The house move went well and I am getting straight slowly – but then it’s a completely different type of house so there’s a lot of juggling around to be done.

Can I just say how marvellous John and Ian were. They really are amazing. I would never have believed how Ian could pack a removal van. His organisational skills are second to none.

Without their help I am sure the experience would have been much more stressful. You have 2 great guys on your team.

Hi there,
 
Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you very much for a smooth and stress free removal both in Stoke and Caerphilly.
 
The men turned up around 5 minutes early on each day. They took the greatest of care of all our belongings packed everything so well and were polite and very helpful in general, nothing was too much trouble for them.
 
Due special praise would be Ian who took apart and reassembled our Ikea bed with much determination especially at the Caerphilly end due to not having the right allan key he had used one vince had when up in Stoke – he really did go that extra mile when he could so easily have said sorry he did not have time or could not have done it and I would have understood.
 
So once again thanks for all your help.
