Hi there,
 
Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you very much for a smooth and stress free removal both in Stoke and Caerphilly.
 
The men turned up around 5 minutes early on each day. They took the greatest of care of all our belongings packed everything so well and were polite and very helpful in general, nothing was too much trouble for them.
 
Due special praise would be Ian who took apart and reassembled our Ikea bed with much determination especially at the Caerphilly end due to not having the right allan key he had used one vince had when up in Stoke – he really did go that extra mile when he could so easily have said sorry he did not have time or could not have done it and I would have understood.
 
So once again thanks for all your help.

Thanks for asking. The Tuesday move was bad enough but we kept finding more and more rubbish in drawers, under the stairs, all over the place for the next four days. We are now just beginning to get ourselves sorted out. You can collect your packing boxes as soon as you like.  Thanks to your lads they were great under very difficult circumstances.Paul.
