We are extremely pleased with the service by Britannia Smeeton Panton when they moved our house to the storage at Heckington and to Australia later on.
To start with we were really panicking since we had a very bad experience with one of the removals used by my daughter when she moved to Australia in 2012.From the word go our experience to start and finish with Katie and her team is superb.The guys Marc and Nobby are excellent and they are really friendly but at the same time very professional in their approach and very helpful and knowledgeable. They really deserve some increment or even promotions.They are an asset to your firm.
The BOSS Katie Panton is really helpful and puts us at ease and very approachable.She is really trustworthy and honest.The big boss [her parents] are really lucky to have a daughter like this to look after the business.

Britannia Ryan (London) handled the UK end of our move from Canada recently, and I would like to thank you guys for a wonderful service. We had an unpleasant time with the Canadian handlers, and we were apprehensive that we would get similar treatment this side. Couldn’t have been more wrong.
The team (Peter, Pawel & Hezron) were brilliant. Punctual, professional, respectful and hard working.
