Second and consecutive time I have used your service. Your chap Mark assisted me on both occasions his experience and professionalism was outstanding – this chap is a credit to your organisation and the single most important reason why I will choose you again in 4 months’ time. Might I add his assistant was also outstanding.

Just a short note to say thank you for such an efficient removal from 13 St mary’s Road, Little Haywood, St18 0NJ to Plana Dubh, Lochcarron,IV54 8ya.

In particular i wish to thank Nathan and I think his name was Tim for their efforts up at Lochcarron. They were absolutely brilliant especially as some of the items were difficult to get into the house (size of doorways). They had a can do attitude and I cannot fault them at all.

If you keep personal files on employees can this letter of thanks be added to their file. The best thing I can say is that if i wish to move back I would use Goodwins and i would ask for Nathan and Tim to do the removal. I cannot speak any more highly of them.

We must add that all the guys who assisted with the move last Thursday and Friday – they made what was a stressful time seem pleasurable – they were exceptional!! and give us great confidence that the eventual move of stored containers up to Dundee will be equally undertaken with such positive energy

A late thank you for your well organized delivery!  I received all my goods last Friday and well on time!  The load was put into my apartment in no time!  The two gentlemen, Chris and his co worker were very polite and helpful!  There was no broken glass or china!!!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to your removal men, who moved me from SE13 to SE6 on Monday – and saved me from some kind of breakdown in the process! I was hugely stressed about the move beforehand and on the day, but as soon as they showed up they reassured me there was nothing to worry about and that I was in safe hands – they were incredibly helpful and unbelievably patient (even when they found out I’m not a tea drinker and therefore didn’t own any tea bags or milk!). I’d be really grateful if you could pass on my thanks to them – if I’d known how smoothly moving day was going to go, I’d have had a lot fewer sleepless nights leading up to it. Thank you so much for having such brilliant staff, it’s massively appreciated.

I would like to express my satisfaction in the way you have executed the South African part of our move to Holland via the UK and the subsequent move by Britannia movers from the UK to the Netherlands.

It was a real pleasure to have dealt with everybody involved, from the personal attention by yourself to the packers at home, the admin staff in the UK and finally those who delivered our goods to our new home in the Netherlands. Not only was your Company the cheapest by far but also with a service level that should be difficult to match.

Considering our age is it not likely that we will ever make a move of this nature again but should it so happen that we feel homesick we would without a doubt make use of your services again!
