We knew we were in good hands and have proved it. Your guys there really worked long hours to keep delivery promises and we are very grateful indeed.

A quick note to commend your team for packing and moving us from Beamhurst to Newborough last week.
Absolutely everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. We encountered some issues on the day of the move, with an extra vehicle being required to finish off at our old house, and a late access to the new house due to the previous owners packers still being there. However, all of this was dealt with quickly and without any fuss.
Of special mention, however, are the two guys who unloaded and unpacked on Thursday 17th October. I think their names were John and Ian. They worked absolutely flat out from the minute they arrived until they finished at 18.00. There were some really awkward pieces of furniture to get up two floors and I am still amazed that they did it. Once again, both the guys were really friendly and courteous. I can’t commend them enough, really.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Goodwins again and will be recommending your firm to anyone in the area.

I wanted to write and let you know that our shipment arrived here in Senegal all in good order.
We just wanted to say thank you to you, Mike and the Britannia team for all your great service. Especially given the complexity of our storage and two part move to France, back, and to Africa, you were always aware of the situation, prompt, helpful, and professional, from the office to the movers.
I hope we are here for a long time, and don’t need your services any time soon, but if we do we will be in touch. And in the meantime, we will continue to recommend you, especially to those families and students in the Edinburgh community.

Dear TomSorry this has taken so long but we have only just been connected to the Internet.We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff involved in our move; with special thanks to Jack and Bob (also John? who assisted in Birmingham) who did a marvellous job at both ends.
