Dear Peter Just to say that everything went very well, and I was very pleased with everything. The only thing which did not appear to have arrived was a small step (to get stuff out of kitchen cupboards) which I imagine has disappeared somewhere, but it doesn’t matter. Please could you pass on to the Bournemouth boss that I thought Dan was absolutely fantastic, both with the pick-up and the delivery. He and James had to work in very hot conditions and did so brilliantly. Always polite and willing, and nothing was too much trouble. I was really impressed.
