I just want to say that the guys were absolutely brilliant on Tuesday, they were cheerful all day and nothing was too much trouble. This could have been a very difficult day for me but they made it so much easier. I did thank them at the time but I think it’s good to give feedback so that you know in the office.

Our first (and last!!) home move in 32 years was for us a traumatic and stressful experience and two weeks after moving in we are still encountering quite a few problems and are far from unpacked or organised. In the process, we have had to deal with a considerable number of people and agencies we do not normally encounter and have been dismayed at the lack of reliability – never available, never returning calls, not turning up when they said they would etc.
But Britannia Thomas Casserlys was a pearl in this sea of mud. We can only describe your service from start to finish as brilliant. We have never seen a team work so hard and effectively for many, many years. Particularly outstanding were Dave and Alan. If only everyone else came anywhere near your performance! We can only say a very big thank you and we were so glad we chose your services.

Just a line to say that Pat and I have arrived safely in New Zealand, bought our daughter’s house, who has bought a larger property a few streets away, and have nearly finished unpacking.

The other day I went to the airport in Houston to collect my shipment.
We are delighted to see how well packed everything was when it arrived. My husband had thought that the cases would just arrive the way they left our apartment but not so! Everything was so well wrapped. You all did a great job and thank you so much for storing the stuff for so long. At Houston they gave 2 days as you said and that was it!
So please thank all the guys who did our stuff for me – great service and helpful people.
