I meant to contact you earlier but have been very tied up! I wanted to thank Goodwins for your excellent service on our recent move to Scotland from Leek. The lads, Vincent and Nathan, were great throughout the three days they were working for us. Nothing was too much trouble, they were good humoured even when it poured with rain towards the end of coming in at this end and they treated our possessions with care and respect. A slightly panicky phone call the day after we moved about a small missing box was thought through and they were able to point us to the right, very unlikely place, where it had ended up.
A potentially very stressful few days went smoothly and with no major hiccups. Thank you very much indeed to all the team, including Darren and Stuart, who helped pack on the first day.
just a quick note to let you know what a fantastic job your guys did 🙂 from the minute they turned up, everything just flowed so well, they were calm and reassuring which was great because I was just a wreak ! … Anyway needless to say all is fine now and so the adventure begins thank you for everything.
Just to say our belongings and cars arrived safely and that Columbia World Movers at this end were very efficient we would recommend them to anyone. Can I also say how helpful the two young men were that came to pack for us they were a credit to your company. Thank you for your help and advice which was invaluable on such a major move.
Excellent service from your crew on a miserable, wet day with a 3 storey house to deliever to. I have moved 7 times over the last 12 years and your guys were the most diligent and professional operators we have seen.
My goods arrived yesterday, all safe and sound. However, you can tell him he was lucky to arrive yesterday, with only a modest layer of snow. Last night we had almost 50 cms of snow, and it's still falling hard!!!
Your two men were terrific, very obliging and helpful. Put it on their record, a very satisfied customer.
The whole crew (Chris, Ben, Bob, Barry & Mark) were amazing. Very cheerful & polite throughout both with us and each other. Nothing was too much trouble and they all worked extremely hard all the time. They were a pleasure to have in the house!
Chris (and the Skipton team) were equally good at the Skipton end. Chris made every effort to see that we were happy with the unloading. We cannot praise him (or thank him!) highly enough.
Everyone involved at both ends made what was a very big move for us, as stress free as it could possibly be.
I just wondered if you could pass on my thanks to your removal team this morning: they were absolutely brilliant – charming, uncomplaining (despite 70 stairs…) and fantastically efficient.
