I can't give thanks enough for the way in which you and your team of guys have handled my move to Blossom Court. From packing, to loading & unloading, and all done in a spirit of good humour amidst all your hard work. It was very clear that you enjoy your job, which all went towards minimising the stress of moving to the point that we were unaware the majority of the time that items had been/were being moved.

We do not expect people to be subservient or servile – just pleasant and helpful.

Rob and Mike are kind, warm-hearted, generous, understanding and, importantly, hard-working and never lose sight of their objectives. Making them tea is a pleasure and a privilege.

WHAT MORE CAN ONE SAY!!?? Except a big 'THANK YOU' to Lanes for making our storage and removal so PROFESSIONAL!!

Thank you so much for sending us the "A Team". Their cheerful banter and tireless work certainly made the wrench of leaving Pen-an-Wra less traumatic for us, and they organised everything – and us – beautifully.

When Rob and Mike arrived at our new home it was like greeting old friends, and once again everything went smoothly.

We would also like to thank you, Annie, for all you did for us. We were in your safe and capable hands, and we appreciated it.

The package with the little copper frying pan arrived safely – thank you once again. We had not had time to miss it, but we are glad to have it back for sentimental reasons. Now we know that the checking system that Rob and Mike told us about really works!

The three removal crew who worked on my removal were excellent providing an extremely professional service. Please can you pass on my thanks to all three concerned.

Darren – your guys were BRILLIANT. I was more than happy with them – polite, engaging, extremely professional, considerate, self-sufficient, very hard-working and respectful. I was very impressed. They were a credit to the company. I was meaning to write a letter about them.
 
I seem to have lost all my children’s' shoes in the move, but I am sure they'll turn up as I finish opening the boxes. Nothing wrong with barefooted children anyway!

Just wanted to send a huge 'Thank You' to you and my removal team last week; the service was superb and the removal guys were excellent.

I'd like to especially thank Lee who seemed to coordinate the packing and the removal wonderfully. He was very professional and made the whole move stress free. It was great to come across someone who actually enjoys and values the work they do. Excellent! A job well done!
