It is with absolute pleasure and delight that I am writing to you to thank you for our recent pack-up and move.

Your service was first class, and the crew were always prompt, polite, cheerful and respectful.

Any concerns my wife and I may have had about the care required and the enormity of the move were quickly dispelled by your professional team. Special thanks to Andy and Dan for their attention to detail and care in packing our belongings over two days, but also thanks and well done to Matt and Jason who helped on the day of the move.

The service from start to finish was first class, from the initial survey by Shane, to the final item being delivered safely to our new home. All my dealings with you (including a couple of rearranged provisional dates) were handled quickly, efficiently and positively (even rearranging a pre-planned job of work to your Exeter branch to enable us to achieve out completion date).

We had been at our old house for 22 years and so had accumulated a large amount of possessions, all of which were handled and packed with the utmost can and attention.

I will have no hesitation in recommending your service to all my friends and new neighbours, so please pass on my thanks to all involved for relocating us safely and securely. Absolute value for money. Please pass on our thanks to Andy, Dan, Matt and Jason.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Britannia Movers for your efficient service as well as a smooth, problem free move.

I would in particular like to thank Peter and his team. They were very professional, always on time, very friendly and extremely helpful. They went that extra mile making sure all the boxes were unloaded in the right rooms and assisted with unwrapping and assembly of beds and moving of furniture.

I would highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a removal company and should we ever require a moving company in the future, you will definitely be our first choice.

 Our delivery arrived in perfect condition, thank you. We would like to say how much we appreciated the two delivery men, Steve and James. They were polite, sensible and very helpful. They were a real credit to themselves and to Britannia.

Thanks to Catherine and Darren for providing a professional and friendly service over the last 2 ½ years. The initial move into storage went without a hitch and your willingness to allow us to put additional things into the containers was a great help to us. The final delivery to France went as smoothly as the first, the guys arrived in good time, were in communication during their journey so I knew exactly what time they would arrive and upon arrival they were friendly and efficient despite it being one of the hottest days of the year. A big thank you to all the team.

The move went to plan, no breakages and everything seems to have come with me. I did have a panic when I couldn't find a few things after we had emptied all of the boxes. However, we found what we were missing by pure chance in a bedside table that has been put in the guest room.

Your team of packers/movers were very helpful. I have no complaints. I even spoilt them with coffee and posh biscuits!!

This is not something I do as a rule, however I would like to register my sincere appreciation of the manner and professionalism in the way in which the two guys carried out my removal. The two were Alan and John, and if they were out on the road representing my company, I would be extremely proud of them. Two men who knew their work and how to treat their customers well; nothing being too much trouble.

Please pass on my grateful thanks to two of the nicest, hardworking, professional guys around. They are worth their weight in gold.
