I am writing to offer my sincere thanks to all your removal staff who moved our x-ray films and then the whole department from the  old site to the brand new unit in Poole Hospital. All the men who came were organised, hard working and friendly. Your foreman kept everything moving swiftly and efficiently. I believe we are always too quick to criticise and complain, but thought that praise and thanks should be given for an excellent job done.

Your removal guys did a tremendous job. .  . they were a pleasure to work with

I would like to place on record my thanks to the team who carried out the office removals last week. This was the first time that I had direct personal experience of working with the (Leatherbarrows) team who were very professional, helpful and courteous. As you are no doubt aware any office removal can be tortuous but the removal team at all times were very helpful and patient and it was pleasing that you were able to complete all the moves on time as promised

We would like to say a big thank you to the removal crew that helped us move on Wednesday and Thursday this week- they were absolutely brilliant

Following the successful move of our offices to Segensworth over the past weekend,  I would like to take the opportunity to express my appreciation of the excellent service provided by the removal team. They were efficient and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Should an opportunity arise to give a recommendation of your service I shall be only too please to do so

I have used Goodwins on two separate occasions in the last six months. Both times they arrived on time and worked efficiently and with upmost professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they managed to place all my furniture where I wanted despite very difficult access. I was extremely impressed by the service they provided and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I just wanted to write to say how delighted I have been with the excellent service I've had from you all.
 
You yourself have been brilliant and most helpful and understanding in dealing with my move. 

The removal men Davy, Allan, Paul, Marti and James were all amazing.  Davy worked so hard packing all day on Thursday and was so polite and non-invasive considering he had to go through things in every room in the house.  A really good guy with a fantastic attitude to his work.   On Friday when Allan and Paul arrived with Davy they were so good natured that they made the whole thing seem much less stressful; nothing was ever deemed to be a problem and any difficulties were dealt with quickly and efficiently.  I am so sorry there was so much stuff crammed into every corner corner of the flat, they really did have a tough job!  Later when Marti and James arrived all five men worked relentlessly until very late, until the job was done.  They were all fantastic and kept my spirits up even though they were doing all of the work.  Marti who was at the end of the unloading chain (so actually carrying the stuff inside the new house) was such a lovely man and was extremely kind and helpful.  Nothing was too much trouble, all the while working extremely hard and efficiently.

They were just a fantastic bunch of guys and I cannot thank them all enough for making the move the smoothest I've ever experienced – and I've moved home at least 10 times!  I can only apologise again for making their job so difficult because I had so much stuff squirrelled away!   They deserve a massive bonus!

I would be grateful if you would forward this email on to the appropriate managers and the guys themselves and please let tell them how much I truly appreciate everything they did on Thursday and Friday.

I will be recommending Britannia to anyone I know who is moving home.

Just back from Mojacar where we found everything had been delivered perfectly and the keys safely deposited for us on our arrival.
