I am returning the completed evaluation form and apologies for not doing it sooner, but we have been so busy unpacking all your boxes! Wonderfully, all the empties were picked up yesterday by a local Britannia so it is a brilliant service that you offer.
My father, Tony Harrap, and I would like to say a special thank you to your firm as moving can be one of the most stressful things and this move wasn't! Your colleagues are extremely polite and well-trained and we had a great deal of fun and laughter with the move. Ron started us off well with all the breakables packing and so far we haven't found anything broken, so well done to him. Rob, his son Ben and Mike were very efficient with the packing up of Fernleigh and it was great to see Mike again with Daniel when they arrived in Cromarty.
So a very big 'thank you' to all the team and not forgetting Shane who visited us first and set the whole thing in motion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lanes to anyone – but I do hope I don't have to do any more moving for many years to come!

Dear MikeWe hope that you can pass on our thanks to your team who moved us from Pinner to Glory Be near Richmond a couple of weeks ago (10th-13th October).Denny Swales and Dave Jackson, along with their helper Rob, were absolutely brilliant. Their unflagging energy and unfailing good humour in very trying circumstances was really impressive. They worked like Trojans, carried huge loads, including an organ across a field between two of them, sloshed through mud, and chugged up our horrible hill countless times in a van that wasn’t happy about the climb.We’d recommend them to anyone who wanted a move to go smoothly and quickly with a team who could handle anything.Best wishesElizabeth and Andrew Bedford
Good morning JohnWe are now surrounded by something in excess of 60 packing cases so we shall have our work cut out for the next few weeks.We are writing to say how much we appreciated the professionalism, efficiency and courteousness extended to us by Tony and Mike. They did a magnificent job packing and loading our possessions in France and unloading here in Henley on Thames and they are a credit to the Company. At all times, they were friendly and nothing we asked them to do was a problem. We can only say that we feel they are worth their weight in gold, as the saying goes! It was a real pleasure to have them around and we would have no hesitation in recommending Britannia Lanes to anyone moving home.
