I was very impressed with the packing and loading of the container and the manner in which I was treated. Hello Matt, We hope that you are well and that by the time you read this e-mail you will have had a good Bank Holiday weekend (weather included) . Just to let you know that our container arrived here on the 19th of August and last Tuesday (23rd) we went to Customs with Mahe shipping and cleared all our stuff within an hour and transported it up to our house. We had no problems and everything has arrived intact. Please tell your guys there that the comments they wrote on some of the packages such as 'Horse of Troy' etc. went down very well, not just with us, but also with the Customs Official and raised a few laughs (at least they had a sense of humour). I just wanted to write to you following the return of my items from storage last week.
I was very impressed by the service received. The team who arrived at my house were extremely quick, professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care with all my belongings.
Should I require any storage or removals personally in future I will most definitely use Britannia and I will definitely recommend your services to friends and family.

Just a big, big thank you to the fantastic team. All items arrived safely and in excellent condition, and the two chaps who did all the hard work in Germany were sparkling persons with a great sense of humour and dedication to their work. They did also enjoy my German sandwiches and coffee.

This just a note to thank you and your colleagues for the great service and helpful advice related to the shipping of tools and small items from my late Father's household. Much to our satisfaction everything arrived safely two weeks ago. Thanks to your advice, customs inspection charges etc came to only NZ$140 and your agent, New Zealand Van lines, were prompt and careful in their delivery.
I just wanted to send you a very quick note to say ‘thanks’. You know more than me that moving home can be stressful but thanks to you guys everything was very straight forward. Jay was very polite and courteous to my partner and I when he packed everything up at the Leicester end. Similarly, the removal men were exactly the same and also very informative in relation to their time of arrival in Zurich. All three of them are a credit to Britannia and whilst I don’t wish to return to the UK for a few years I will have no hesitation in contacting you should the desire to go ‘home’ arise.
