Rochdale House Removals
Known as ‘the Hemel Hempsted of the north’, Rochdale is a large market town in the Greater Manchester area. It lies in the foothills of the South Pennines and together with several smaller settlements, makes up the Metropolitan Borough of Rochdale. The town was the birthplace of the Co-operative Movement in 1844, when the Rochdale Society of Equitable Pioneers established the ‘Rochdale Principles’ on which they ran their cooperative. This remains at the heart of Rochdale’s heritage and residents and visitors can both explore the town’s history at Touchstones Museum. Today, Rochdale is in the middle of a multi-million pound regeneration programme which is set to transform the town centre over the coming years.
Just 35 minutes away from Rochdale is the Britannia Bradshaw Removals of Manchester office. Located in Swinton, the expert teams are able to help with removals and storage solutions for those living throughout Manchester.
