Huge thanks to the whole team who helped move us from London to Sussex on 2nd September. Moving house is never easy, and the actual removal process can be particularly stressful. We therefore really appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of the team – Kieron, Jake, George and Robert - that came to London, not only to clear our house but also stop off to pick up from a storage unit on the way. When it became clear that it would take longer than expected to get to our new place (through no fault of theirs), they called in another team - Josh and Bradley - to meet us at the destination and ensure we got everything unloaded and organised in good time. The whole team’s upbeat attitude and great sense of humour – despite the late finish and the lashing rain that met them for unloading – meant that what could have been a grim experience actually turned out to be good fun. If we move again, we’ll have no hesitation at all going with the same company, so 5* all round.

Have you ever dealt with a company that works with you on a very special level? Britannia Sandersteads did just that. Not only did they move us nearly two years ago and excel in delivering superb service at a price we were happy with but they have just moved a friend I met whilst both us were having chemotherapy.
