A scan or photograph of each entry must be sent by email to marketing@britannia-movers.co.uk, or by post to Marketing team, Britannia Movers, 10 Wells Place, Merstham, Surrey, RH1 3DR to arrive by Thursday 10th April.
You are responsible for any cost incurred in sending your competition entry to us.
All entries must include the entrant’s full name, age and address along with the name, email and contact telephone number of your parent / guardian. We will only use this information in relation to the competition (including checking your eligibility to enter and informing the winner) and will not use it for any other purposes whatsoever. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the competition.
All entries must be submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child.
You may submit more than one entry.
We must receive your entry by no later than midnight on Thursday 10th April 2025. Submissions received after the deadline will not be eligible for entry.
Children of employees of Britannia Movers International or any Britannia Movers Member company will not be eligible to win the Competition.
There will be one winner, chosen by the Marketing Team on Friday 11th April. Our decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Publishing the entries
By submitting an entry to the competition, entrants and their parents or guardians give Britannia Movers permission for their entry to be published on our website and social media accounts, and grant Britannia Movers International a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to republish their competition entry in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the competition.
By submitting an entry to the competition, entrants and their parents or guardians give Britannia Movers the right to use their name, age and town or city of residence for the sole purpose of identifying them as the author of the entry.
Getting consent from an adult
Sending in an entry to the competition means that you accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the competition. Children must check with a parent or guardian that they are happy to grant permission for them to enter the competition based on these Terms and Conditions.
Britannia Movers requires the consent in writing (which may include e-mail) of the parent or guardian of the creator of a winning entry to publish the author’s name, age, town or city of residence and for photography connected to the competition.
If Britannia Movers does not receive written consent (which may include e-mail) from the parent or guardian of the creator of a winning entry then we may award the prize to another entry for which we are able to gain such consent.
The prize
The winner will receive a Cadbury Deluxe Easter Chocolate Hamper.
The parents or guardians of the winner will be notified by email or telephone on or before Monday 14th April 2025.
The prize will be sent to the winner’s home address by recorded delivery.
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prizes.
We will substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
Additional terms and conditions
Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
Your entry will not be returned to you.
Britannia Movers accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Britannia Movers further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
Entries that fail to comply with rules, terms and conditions, privacy policies and requirements will be disqualified.
