Brief Advice For Overseas Moving

When shipping to overseas destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, United States of America, our mission is to transport your belongings without delays.  We would only delay consignments if requested by our clients or because of circumstances outside of our control. Occasionally shipping schedules may change without notice; this can be due to weather or other influences over which we have no control. Customs authorities can also delay shipments if they select your container for inspection.

In the event of any delays we will always keep you advised. However it is extremely uncommon that a customs examination will delay shipments for more than a few days.

The destination agent is the moving company that we will contract to handle the customs clearing procedures, communications with the port, and re-delivery of your effects to your new home.
