New Apprentices at Britannia Bradshaw of Birmingham

Adrian left, James right.

Our business is built around personal service and our staff are at the heart of everything we do.

It’s not unusual for our staff to have been with us for in excess of 10 or 20 years. We try our best to be fair and reasonable employers; provide good working environments and invest continuously in staff training and development.

We are proud of being movers at the top of our game.

We are continuously looking for new talented, enthusiastic, hard working and perhaps above all, cheerful people to join our growing business. Despite mixed experiences in the past, we decided to recruit apprentices in 2019, there is an ongoing driver shortage in the UK and this seemed a logical step.

We recruited Adrian North and James Connolly in early 2019 in what seems like a real win win relationship for both the business and the guys. James and Adrian are getting a vocational qualification and at the same time getting the opportunity to work alongside our skilled employees and learn what the moving business is all about. At the end of the scheme they should have the opportunity to stay on for the long term as part of the Britannia Bradshaw of Birmingham team.
