In fact, according to the Centre for Economic and Business Research, Swindon was forecast to be one of the top 10 fastest-growing economies by the end of 2023.

Whilst Swindon’s property market is strong, it can be more affordable for buyers than in other areas of Wiltshire. The county average property price is £330,176, with Whiteparish being the most expensive area within Wiltshire, with an average property price of £782,300. In comparison, Swindon is a much more affordable place to purchase property.
